Suddenly, there was Radithor!

Hello everyone! I'm Radithor and I'm new here. ^_^ I'm bad at writing about myself, so I'm going to use the template.

You're Name: Rose, though you can just call me Radithor, Rad or Radi. ^_^
City: Hobart, Tasmania.
Hobbies: Music (playing, writing, listening), movies, hiking, using Tumblr, writing essays, photography. There's more but I can't think of them right now!

Yes, now that the band is pretty much not doing anything in North America in the near future, the OSA forum is at a lull, so I have a little extra time to visit some other places, like our friends here at TLJH.

Ah yes, I can imagine. It must be nice to have little breaks from time to time. My laptop still won't co-operate with me when I want to visit OSA, unfortunately. I've pretty much been spending time online joining nice-looking forums like this place. ^_^

Radithor: Still having problems accessing the OSA forum? Have you ever tried any of the other forums on Ultimate Metal, like the ProgPower forum? I want to see if it's something only happening with our forum, or if it's an Ultimate Metal thing. Either way, I'll ask Deron (the UM admin) if there's something we can do. I'm only a mod there, not an admin, so if there are any settings that need to be changed, I don't have a way to do it.

It seems to be working now! I'm a bit of a derp with technology, as it turns out my version of Firefox was long since out-dated. All is working well now. ^_^

Oh, good. Hope to see you around. Things are always slow over there when the band doesn't have a new album or a tour in our neck of the woods. But we'd still love to have you there!

I'm sure to hang around there a bit. ^_^ Yeah, unfortunately it seems to be that way with most Nightwish forums, or band forums in general. Thanks! ^_^

True; most forums are like that, but there are some that have a steady stream of activity no matter what is going on. Ours does not seem to be one of them.

I'm sad for you, because I think it's difficult to see one's forum losing it's stream of activity :/
I was in a forum... and I wanted to come back after weeks of huge school work. I was puzzled when I discovered it had been deleted during my absence, without any word from the admin or else in order to prevent us.

Yes it is always hard to see that nobody has been about what you had done!
On the last forul or I go, (it was on Anette) I could not connect me for more than a month that I had internet problem when I tried to reconnect. .. finally! The forum will exist more!

Yeah, it always sucks when forums are heavily inactive or you go back and its not there. I used to go on long camping holidays, and rather frequently I'd come back and my loved forums were gone. It's always sad. :'(

We've always had that problem during the band's "down-time"; we've had to change forums a few times but we ended up on Ultimate Metal in '07 and have been there ever since. People always seem to know how to find us when they want us, and that's not a bad thing!
